What our apprentices say about our programmes

I joined Code Sherpas as part of their pilot talent accelerator program for Software Engineers. I had never learned so much in such a short time.

I was able to contribute to the development of an Open Source product while getting familiar with concepts like TDD or Hexagonal Architecture in a remote team.
Learning how to manage time and implement features in small chunks was a fundamental part of not feeling overwhelmed.

Thanks to this program I managed to get through several phases in Twitter and Google processes and an Adobe grant. Then they mentored me to get into Adobe as a Software Engineer Intern.
